What we collect

When you ask for a consultation, we collect what you type into the form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, and the service you are interested in.

Like most websites, our hosting provider also logs basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Please do not put Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or confidential details about a legal matter in the form. It does not ask for them, and the attorney you meet with will tell you what is needed.

How we use it

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

How we may contact you

By submitting the form you agree that we and our attorney partners may contact you by phone, email, or text message about the service you asked about. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. If we text you, reply STOP to opt out; message and data rates may apply. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and requests are stored with access limited to the people who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. Use the form on the home page and we will respond by email; we may need to confirm it is you before acting on the request.

Children

This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Questions about this policy? Use the form on the home page and we will respond by email.
